That makes them super tough, but also very light. The inside layer is a soft polyester peach fabric that is non-abrasive so the surface of your boards is safe from being worn down like other board covers made with vinyl and canvas. And in between these two layers is 1/4 inch of high density foam to protect your boards from getting dented and dinged when transporting or storing.
Forget those bulky thin carry cases that fit two boards. Those will break your back carrying 70-90lbs of boards inside. Plus, they don't last long, scuff up your boards, and offer very little protection. Our board covers allow you to protect each individual board and carry them separately allowing you easy access to your board's built in handle as seen in our photos.
