Holiday Shipping Schedule
***Please understand that we can only guarantee our own shipping schedule for getting your order into the hands of the shipping carriers that we work with. Shipping carriers no longer guarantee their shipping times nor do they offer refunds for late shipments. We will definitely do our part in making sure your order is shipped on time, but unforunately after that we are at the mercy of shipping carriers and potential delays because of weather and the influx of holiday shipments.

If shipping using our free ground or paid ground delivery, your order should arrive before Christmas according to the estimated delivery times from the shipping carriers.
As always we will be shipping the same day you order if your order is received by 3pm Eastern Time on any weekday
12/17-12/24
If you are shipping using our free ground delivery, depending on your location, the estimated arrival time may be after Christmas. We advise you to upgrade to Expedited Shipping at checkout if you want to have a good chance of it arriving in time. Expedited shipping should be 3 business days (business days are Monday-Friday) with day one starting the day after it ships. NOTE: As stated above, expedited shipping does not guarantee that it will arrive in time. Unfortunately delays do sometimes happen and carriers will not refund for late delivery times.

For the western side of the US (California, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Montana, Wyoming, New Mexico) generally ground delivery is within 3 days so orders may arrive by Christmas via ground if ordered by Friday 12/19 at 3pm Eastern

CLOSED FOR SHIPPING
We will be shutting down for the holidays starting Christmas Eve at 3pm Eastern and reopening on January 2nd. All orders placed after 3pm Eastern on 12/24/25 until 1/2/26 will ship in the order they are received either on 1/2 or 1/3. We will make every effort to respond to messages and questions during this time, but our responses may be more delayed than usual
