First time I used it the zipper broke paid over $300 for shipping and everything

Ordered zuca bag it came in a timely manner was very satisfied with shipping not to mention I opened the package and the zipper was already broke even before I got to use it. Now I have paid over $300 for an item I cannot use

So all you need to do is let us know that you had an issue and we will take care of it right away. Please send us an email or message through our website and we'll get you taken care of. Perfect size and great quality

Broken snap on attachment

Purchased this item for my son; had it for 2 weeks and already one of the attachments cannot be used as intended because the snap pulled off. There's no way to effectively reattach it. It cannot be sewn on (no holes) and gorilla glue is useless. It is what it is, crap happens, but to buy a product, a very nice but pricey product for +$300 and have it break is disappointing.
